Our user's data is stored on an encrypted cloud server hosted through Amazon web services (AWS) with multiple firewalls. We have a HIPAA compliance manager who monitors the site to protect against any potential information breaches. We require 2-factor sign-on for users to create a profile via Digital LinCS and to access their dashboard of personal health information (PHI). We send all materials containing PHI via an encrypted email server and require providers to complete 2-factor sign-in to submit electronic signatures to complete patient assistance program applications through our website.
